Alicia couldn’t have been a sweeter or easier bride to work with! She emailed us after several referrals from friends that had used R & R for their own weddings. Having friends or family refer you vendors is such a great way to find a team that you can trust and be assured you’re in good hands.
Often times, using an event professional that a friend or family member has used isn’t an option. This is why reviews are SO important for vendors and brides. We love hearing feedback from our brides or bridal party members, whether it’s positive (which hopefully is always the case) or negative. It gives us an opportunity to grow and learn and improve our craft and services. But, more importantly, reviews help other brides make the decision on who will be best for their wedding day.
We suggest using Google, The Knot and Wedding Wire as your main platforms for reviews. These are most vendors main outlets for gaining business and trust in the industry.
When you have made the decision on who will be providing services for your wedding day, don’t hesitate to ever reach out with questions or concerns. Whomever you decide to work with should always be responsive and eager to help you feel at ease. Just because a contract has been signed doesn’t mean the provider can slack at answering your questions. If at any point you have doubts or hesitations, make sure that you communicate that to whomever you are working with.
Let’s face it, this is basically the biggest day of your life…up to this moment. When have you ever planned a party for 150 of your closest friends or family; or worn a gown that cost probably an arm and a leg? And when have you ever had a camera follow you around for 8 hours capturing every detail that you’ve worked so hard on? Probably never, so you want to make sure that you can trust the people you are paying to pull this off…actually can!
