Have I mentioned before how much I love the mountains? Nature and the outdoors played a huge role in me returning to Denver after living in Cincinnati for 7 years. Don’t get me wrong, Ohio and Kentucky are beautiful and have a lot to offer, but the Rocky Mountains make my heart happy. You can see what I mean just by looking at Lindsey’s stunning photos from her Copper Mountain wedding last summer.
I didn’t realize before moving here that the mountains are as appealing as the beach for destination wedding! With Colorado having so many transplants, it makes sense to so many couples to have both families travel to this beautiful state!
Like many destination weddings, Lindsey had a small bridal party, with only her sister and sister-in-law standing up next to her.
As much as we love large wedding parties, there’s something really nice about hanging out with a brides closest friends and family members.
While the mornings with smaller wedding parties tend to be a bit more relaxed, it doesn’t mean that the rest of the day is! Plenty of emotions were flowing when Lindsey had her first look with her dad. We love all the special moments that make up a wedding day!
